Cancellation Policy for Sean Wilson Piano

Cancellation Timeframe:
In order to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, members are required to request cancellation at least 48 hours before their next scheduled payment date. **more time may be needing for major holidays
Cancellation Process:
It is the user's responsibility to initiate the cancellation process to stop recurring payments.
To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

Locate your active subscription and select the option to cancel.
Confirmation of Cancellation:
Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your subscription has been terminated. Please retain this email for your records.
Disputes and Proof of Cancellation:
In the event of a charge dispute, members must provide proof of email cancellation. Failure to provide such proof will be considered as not having canceled the subscription. Proof of email cancellation includes:
A copy of the cancellation confirmation email received from Sean Wilson Piano.
The date and time of the cancellation request.
