Cancellation Policy for Sean Wilson Piano

At Sean Wilson Piano, we value your membership and strive to provide a great experience with both joining and canceling our membership. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding cancellations, please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Timeframe:

  • In order to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, members are required to request cancellation at least 48 hours before their next scheduled payment date. **more time may be needing for major holidays

Cancellation Process:

  • It is the user's responsibility to initiate the cancellation process to stop recurring payments.

  • To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

    • Log in to your account, if necessary.

    • Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section.

    • Locate your active subscription and select the option to cancel.

Confirmation of Cancellation:

  • Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your subscription has been terminated. Please retain this email for your records.

Disputes and Proof of Cancellation:

  • In the event of a charge dispute, members must provide proof of email cancellation. Failure to provide such proof will be considered as not having canceled the subscription. Proof of email cancellation includes:

    • A copy of the cancellation confirmation email received from Sean Wilson Piano.

    • The date and time of the cancellation request.
