What is an LMV File?
LMV stands for Live-Midi-Video. The LMV file uses an algorithm that combines Both Midi Data and Video Data and displays both the midi piano notes AND the video at the same time. So it is perfect to use to watch your favorite musician perform while looking at the notes in Real-Time!!
A really good LMV file would be hard to find and very expensive, however, as one of the top transcribers in the Gospel Music Industry, I have personally created music files for the best gospel performing artists on this website. You can download these files to your computer and it will be like carrying around your own pocket instructor!
The benefit of using music files and technology is that it can greatly speed up the time it takes for you to learn songs. You will spend less time struggling to find chords and notes on your own. If you have the LMV to a song you can watch and copy the notes you see on the screen. You can pause the song at the chord that you really need, copy the notes, and resume learning the song at a pace that fits you.

Follow These Steps to start learning at your own pace using the LMV files
Go to your Mac, PC, or iPad
The first step is to go to your PC, Computer, MacBook, or iPad. I do not recommend you use this software on iPhone, Android phones, or Android tablets at this time.
You also need to have a basic knowledge of how to install software on your computer, iPad, or laptop. Please get assistance in installing the software from a family member of friend if you need help.

Download and Install the FREE Midiculous Software or App
To download the free MIDICULOUS software to your device, you'll first need to create an account with MIDICULOUS, and then proceed to download the software:
PC Computer: If you are on a PC, download the MIDICULOUS software to your "downloads" folder. Double click to install the program
Mac Computer or Laptop: If you are on a Mac download the software to your download folder and install the program on your MacBook.
iPad: If you are on an iPad, download the MIDICULOUS app to your iPad using this download link.
Download your LMV File
It's time to learn a cool song on your own!!!! I have a free music file, and it's pretty advanced because it is a song from Phil Cornish, Kanye's Music Director. The song is called "All this Love" by Alex Isley.
Imagine being able to play this song. Just. Like This. Well you can, just slowly learn all the notes!
- 1Find the blue "I want this" button in the picture and look for the "price" field directly above it
- 2Enter "0" into the Price Field where it currently says "15"
- 3Download the LMV file to your computer and remember where you downloaded the file. Right click on the file and "open with Midiculous"
- 4*If you downloaded the file to your iPad, it will ask which app you want to use to open the file. If you installed Midiculous correctly on your iPad you should see MIDICULOUS as an option. Open the File with Midiculous

My suggestions for getting the greatest results from the LMV file would be save all of your LMV files in one place. Then you need to focus on memorizing the songs, slowly.

If you have heard me play a cool song on Youtube, chances are you can also learn that song using the LMV file on my website.
