Always practice with one hand at a time, when you become comfortable with one hand, practice the same thing with the other hand, then slowly begin to practice with both hands. Slowing it down is the key. Play so slowly that it feels painful. If you can’t play it perfectly 3 times in a row, you are going too fast. You can start to learn hand independence by practicing your scales. The Key of C, I would practice the C scale with the Left hand first C,D,E,F,G,A,B,C, very slowly, until I can play them without mistakes, then I would practice the same scale with the Right hand until I can play it without mistakes. I would then start to play them with both hands, but very, very slowly until I become comfortable. You can do the same thing with practicing your triads! I hope this helps!
